The Wecasa team makes every effort to ensure that home service sessions run smoothly.

  • the identity of the pros is verified 🔍

  • you must have no criminal record to work as a cleaner 🗒️

You can book your home services on Wecasa with complete confidence. Every day, thousands of sessions run smoothly.

Security problems are extremely rare. Nevertheless, to deal with them, we have defined a strict security policy.

1️⃣ Call the Police

This is the first thing to do if you are the victim of an assault or robbery.

2️⃣ Contact Wecasa via chat or request a call back

If you have had a serious problem with a Wecasa partner professional, it is important to inform us. This will enable us to take the necessary action.

We encourage you to mention the reason for your contact immediately: we will put you in touch with our team of safety advisers, trained in these specific cases. In all cases, we are here to listen to you and find the best solution for you.

You can write to us via chat and/or ask to be called back by clicking here:

3️⃣ Make a complaint

Wecasa is at the disposal of investigators in the event of a court order.

Filing a complaint is a necessary step for :

  • Protecting yourself. If something serious has happened (theft, assault), we strongly encourage you to take this step to defend your rights. We're here to help.

  • Allow us to terminate the partnership with the professional if necessary. We do our utmost to work with people who are completely trustworthy. If there is evidence (such as the lodging of a complaint) that a partner does not meet this requirement of trust, then we must terminate the partnership in order to protect all our customers.

  • You should also be aware that you will need to be invoiced for filing a complaint, but that we will reimburse you for the session once this has been completed.

We remain at your entire disposal to assist you.
