At Wecasa, we pride ourselves on the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers! We value all your feedback. Together with our partners, they enable us to constantly improve our service and quality standards! 📈

Once your appointment is complete, you'll be sent a satisfaction survey by email and text, which you can use to tell us about your experience. 🏅

You can rate the punctuality, courtesy, quality of service and equipment of your Wecasa professional. There's also a free comment area and the option to leave a public review (visible on your pro's profile) or not.

💡 This survey is sent to you by email after each session. It is also sent to you by SMS and notification if this is your first booking in the field: hairdressing, beauty, massage, cleaning, etc. If you haven't received this email, you can find the link to the satisfaction survey in the 'My appointments' section of the Wecasa app.

🚨 Not fully satisfied with your appointment? We invite you to complete our survey and request that a complaint file be opened. This will then be passed on to our quality department, who will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution!
