1) My booking request has not yet been accepted
Changing your current request couldn't be easier! ⭐
Log in to your application and then select the booking request to which you wish to make changes. You will then arrive on this screen:
Click on "modify my services" if you wish to add or delete a service or change the duration of your cleaning session. Click on "Reschedule appointment" if you wish to change the day and/or time of your session. The change will take effect immediately! We said it would be easy, didn't we?
2) My session is already confirmed with a pro
In this case, we need to ask your professional for their agreement before making the desired change. We advise you to speak to your professional beforehand to check that he or she is available if you wish to change the time slot, or that he or she is performing the services you wish to add as part of a service update.
My request concerns one or all of my regular cleaning sessions:
In this case, log in to your app and select the booking concerned. Then choose "edit one or more sessions", and select whether you want to modify "just one session" or "all your sessions". If your change only concerns one session, choose the one concerned, then send your request!
Your pro will receive it and will be able to accept or reject it. We will, of course, send you confirmation in all cases!
My request concerns a one-off cleaning session:
In this case, log in to your app and select the session concerned by your request. Then choose "edit my session", make your changes and send your request!

My request is for a hairdressing, beauty or massage session:
In this case, log in to your app and select the session concerned by your request. You will then have the choice of asking to "modify my services" or "the time and date of your session". Click on the appropriate button, make your changes and send your request!
Your pro will receive it and will be able to accept or refuse it. We will, of course, send you confirmation in all cases!
🚨 In any case, your modification will only be applied if your pro accepts it. He can refuse it. In this case, your session will remain as it was originally. You can then cancel it if you don't want it to continue.
3) My modification request has been refused by my pro. What should I do?
When you send a modification request to your pro, he or she may refuse it. This happens in particular when you ask to add services to your session or when you want a longer cleaning service. As the professionals often have a very full agenda, they sometimes don't have the opportunity to extend your session, otherwise they'll be late for the rest of their day.
In this case, your session will be maintained as before. If you are unable to maintain it, you must cancel it.
