Has your Wecasa professional informed you that he is unavailable for one or more of your appointments? What can you do to find a replacement during his absence? We tell you everything here! 👇


Is your pro unavailable for a while? There's nothing to stop you replacing him during his absence!

📌 If your pro informs you that he's unavailable to carry out some of your appointments, he must cancel the appointments concerned. This in particular, so that you're not wrongly billed!

💡 Following your pro's cancellation, you'll receive an email and a notification (if you've downloaded the Wecasa app) to alert you to the situation. You will then have the opportunity to launch the search to find a replacement.

  • If your pro has canceled all your upcoming appointments and you'd like to find a new one? You can click on 'find me a household helper'.

  • If your professional has cancelled some of your scheduled appointments, but not all of them. If you'd like to replace him on these dates only, click on 'find me a household helper'.

🚨 If you opt for regular sessions, you'll need to remember to cancel the appointments when your usual pro returns to avoid duplicate sessions!
