You can cancel your Wecasa booking from your customer area on the website, or from the Wecasa app. You'll see an option to cancel each active booking in the 'My Bookings' section.

Please note that if you want to change the services you requested or the time of the appointment, you don't need to cancel! These can be changed at any time from your customer area.

Cancellation is free up to six business hours (7am to 10:30pm, seven days a week) before your appointment. Within six business hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged; 100% of it goes to the professional, in order to compensate them for lost time.
