If you would like to cancel your Wecasa order you can do so from your client area on the website, selecting the booking that you would like to cancel.
In the "my booking" tab, you will see the button "cancel my booking".
If you want to change your services or the time of your session, don't cancel, you can change at any time from your customer area!
Emergency? Need to cancel the session? cancellation is free until 6 working hours before your session! (business hours are from 7am to 10:30pm, 7 days a week).
Within six hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged to compensate your pro. 100% of these cancellation fees go to your pro.
Between 3 and 6 working hours before the appointment: fixed cancellation fee of £10.
Between 1 and 3 working hours : cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the service, up to a maximum of £20.
In the final hour before the appointment start time : cancellation fee of 80% of the total price of the service, up to a maximum of £30.
Cancellation after the scheduled appointment time, or in case of absence 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time: 100% of the original service price up to a maximum of £40.
