If you would like to cancel your Wecasa order, you can do it from the app in the 'Booking' section, by clicking on 'Cancel'.

You can also do it from your client area (link), selecting the booking that you would like to cancel.

In the "my booking" tab, you will see the button "cancel my booking".

If you would like to change the time of the booking or the specific service provided, don't cancel! In this case, you will be able to 'ask to modify' your appointment that your pro can either accept, or turn down. If they do turn it down, you can then cancel your booking.

Please note : Cancelling a confirmed booking is free up to 8 working hours before the booking (working hours being from 7am to 10.30pm, 7 days/7).

After this deadline, you might have to pay cancellation fees to compensate for the loss of income for the pro:

  • Cancellation occurring more than 6 working hours before the booking is due : no cancellation fee;

  • Cancellation occurring between less than 3 to 6 working hours before the booking is due: cancellation fee of ten (10) pounds;

  • Cancellation occurring between less than 1 to 3 working hours before the booking is due: cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the order, for a maximum of twenty (20) pounds;

  • Cancellation occurring between the working hour preceding the time of the booking: cancellation fee of 80% of the price of the order, for a maximum of thirty (30) pounds;

  • Cancellation after the booking is due, or if a Client is more than 30 minutes late: 100% of the price of the order, for a maximum of forty (40) pounds.
