The first thing to do before any cancellation, is of course to notify your Wecasa pro! 📱 In particular, you can send him a message via your app or customer area.
1) Cancelling a one-off appointment
If you want to cancel your booking, you can do so from your app. To do this, go to the "appointments" tab, then click on "cancel my appointment" in the cancellation conditions section (below the details of your booking) and select the reason for your cancellation.
You can also do this from your customer area. To do this, simply select the booking concerned in "my upcoming appointments", then click on "cancel my appointment" (at the very bottom of the page).
🚨 If you want to reschedule your appointment or change the services of your booking, don't cancel! In this case, you can "request a modification" which your Wecasa pro can accept or refuse. If they refuse, you can cancel your session.
2) Cancelling one or more regular appointments
If you wish to cancel one of your regular appointments or all your upcoming appointments, you can do so from your application. To do this, go to the "appointments" tab, then click on "cancel one or more appointments" in the cancellation conditions section and select the reason for your cancellation.
You can also do this from your customer area. To do this, simply select the session concerned in "My upcoming appointments", then click on "Cancel my appointment". You will then have to choose between cancelling "this appointment" or "all my appointments". To confirm the cancellation, all you have to do is give the reason.
🚨 If you want to cancel and reschedule a regular appointment, the best thing to do is to ask your Wecasa pro for a change, not to cancel.
3) Cancellation fees
🚨 Please note: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours of the appointment, cancellation fees may be charged to compensate your pro:
Between 24 and 8 hours before: fixed cancellation fee of £5.
Between 8 and 4 hours before: fixed cancellation fee of £10.
Between 4 and 2 hours before: cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount, up to a maximum of £20
Between 2 hours before and the time of the session: cancellation fee of 80% of the order, up to a maximum of £30
Cancellation after the time of the scheduled meeting, or in the event of absence 30 minutes after the time of the appointment: 100% of the amount initially planned up to a maximum of £40.
You have 15 minutes after your appointment request has been validated by a professional to cancel it free of charge
In the event that your pro has travelled but is unable to carry out the session due to hygiene conditions or an error in your booking, your pro will receive travel costs equivalent to the maximum costs, up to a limit of £40 (hair with lice, sick nails, unsanitary accommodation or accommodation in commercial premises, etc.).
Wecasa does not charge anything for these travel expenses. Please note that your professional is always free to reduce or cancel your costs.
