You can cancel your Wecasa booking from your customer area on the website, or from the Wecasa app. You'll see an option to cancel each active booking in the 'My Bookings' section.
Please note that if you want to change the services you requested or the time of the appointment, you don't need to cancel! These can be changed at any time from your customer area.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours of the appointment, cancellation fees may be charged to compensate your pro:
Between 24 and 8 hours before: fixed cancellation fee of £5.
Between 8 and 4 hours before: fixed cancellation fee of £10.
Between 4 and 2 hours before: fixed cancellation fee of £20 up to a maximum of 50% of the total price of the session.
Between 2 hours before and the time of the session: fixed cancellation fee of £30 up to a maximum of 80% of the total price of the session.
Cancellation after the time of the scheduled meeting, or in the event of absence 30 minutes after the time of the appointment: 100% of the amount initially planned up to a maximum of £40.
