At Wecasa, you can book one-off or regular cleaning appointment.

However, there are several advantages to setting up regular sessions:

  • the same professional at each session

  • total freedom in managing your appointments. No commitments!

  • better visibility of your organisation over the coming weeks

1) How does regular cleaning at Wecasa work?

Once your request for an appointment has been accepted by a professional, we set up your appointments according to the frequency requested. This allows you to reserve a slot in your cleaner's diary for your appointments!

From your application or customer area, you can then view your upcoming sessions. It's also where you can contact your professional, request changes or cancel appointments.

🚨 For display reasons, a limited number of appointments will appear. The rest of your sessions will be created automatically as they are completed. You don't have to take any action, everything is automatic.


2) How do I change or cancel one or all of my appointments?

Something came up and you want to reschedule your next session? Are you going to be away and need to cancel one or more upcoming appointments? How can I do this?

You have complete autonomy in managing your appointments. You can ask to modify your appointments or cancel them directly from your application or customer area.

Reschedule: you can ask your pro to change the date, time, frequency or duration of your service.

Cancel: you can cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. After this time, you will be charged a fee.

🚨 When you ask to modify or cancel, you will have the option of choosing between "this appointment" or "all my appointment". If you choose the second option, all your future appointments will be modified or cancelled.


3) I'd like to change professionals, what should I do?

We do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction with the selection of the profile of the professional who will be working on your home and the quality of their work! If, unfortunately, this is not the case, please don't hesitate to let us know: we'd love to hear from you. It's important to us and helps our partners to improve!

As soon as your request for an appointment has been confirmed, you can ask to change speaker. To do this, log in to your application and click on "change cleaner".

This will cancel all your scheduled appointments and automatically relaunch the search for a new professional: you have nothing more to do except wait for your new household help! Easy, isn't it?
