We work hard to make sure you'll be satisfied with your pro from the very first appointment. However, if this isn't the case, please don't hesitate to let us know about what you feel isn't working and what you'd like us to do about it.
From the second appointment of a repeat booking onwards, you'll be able to change the pro that performs your cleaning, by tapping on the 'change pro' button in your Wecasa app.
This will cancel all outstanding appointments with your current pro, and we'll begin searching for a new cleaner. All you need to do is sit back and wait for your next appointment!
