The Pro Wecasa app is an essential tool for professional members of the Wecasa network. It allows you to find new customers, and manage your agenda and your clientele.
You can download it for free from the App Store or Android Store.
To access all services, you need to log in with your Wecasa Pro profile.
Home page
On the home page, you'll find all the important elements:
Upcoming events
Messages sent by your customers, and any requests for modifications.
Make sure you set up your notifications so that you can view them quickly. This is how we send you proposals. To make sure you don't miss anything, you need to respond quickly.
Appointments section
Here you'll find all upcoming and completed appointments. You can also take stock of appointments made during the month.
Agenda section
This section lets you manage your Wecasa and personal appointments. You can view your agenda for the day, week or month.
You can indicate your unavailabilities, your Wecasa appointments (which automatically appear with an orange dot when you accept a proposal) and your personal appointments (which appear with a black dot).
Message Section
You can easily exchange messages with your Wecasa customers.
