1) How do I tip my pro?
You can tip your pro in cash, or by card in the event that your pro carries a portable card reader. Otherwise, you can tip them through Wecasa!
Here's how to leave a tip through the Wecasa App:
Connect to your Wecasa app
From the menu at the bottom of the screen, click on "appointments".
Go to the "history" tab
Click on your appointment
Then click on the "tip" button
A popup will then open and you can select the amount you wish to donate (by default, £3 or £5 or £10, but you can also set the amount yourself).
2) I want to leave a tip: questions
I get an error message when I want to leave a tip. What happens?
For billing reasons, you can only leave a tip via Wecasa within 24 hours of your session.
What if I prefer to tip in cash?
This is perfectly possible.
Does Wecasa take a commission on tips?
No. The tip goes 100% to your professional and Wecasa does not take any commission on it.
