Changing professionals for a one-off session

When you book a cleaning, childcare, hairdressing or well-being appointment on Wecasa, we select the best professional for you. With nearly a million orders already placed, 8,000 certified reviews and an average rating of 4.7/5, you can rely on our expertise to find the professional you need.

If, however, the profile of the professional selected does not suit you, you can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, and automatically send a new request, giving the reason "I want another pro" and clicking on "Change pro".

🌟 For future orders, you can choose whether or not to have the same professional; their profile will be automatically proposed to you.


Changing professionals for regular session

We work hard to make sure you'll be satisfied with your pro from the very first appointment. However, if this isn't the case, please don't hesitate to let us know about what you feel isn't working and what you'd like us to do about it.

From the second appointment of a repeat booking onwards, you'll be able to change the pro that performs your cleaning, by tapping on the 'change pro' button in your Wecasa app.

This will cancel all outstanding appointments with your current pro, and we'll begin searching for a new cleaner. All you need to do is sit back and wait for your next appointment!
