Your customer can cancel their appointment.
They have a period of 15 minutes after the session has been validated in which to withdraw, free of charge.
🚨 Please note: cancellation is free up to 8 hours before your session. Within 8 hours of the appointment, cancellation fees may be charged to compensate your pro:
Between 8 and 4 hours before: fixed cancellation fee of £10.
Between 4 and 2 hours before: fixed cancellation fee of £20 up to a maximum of 50% of the total price of the session.
Between 2 hours before and the time of the session: fixed cancellation fee of £30 up to a maximum of 80% of the total price of the session.
Cancellation after the time of the scheduled meeting, or in the event of absence 30 minutes after the time of the appointment: 100% of the amount initially planned up to a maximum of £40.
This fee is intended to compensate you for any travel or loss of earnings incurred as a result of cancellation.
If the professional is late for an appointment and the customer had to leave, no cancellation fees will be applied. It would be unfair for the client to bear a financial impact due to a delay caused by the professional.
In certain situations, you may wish to 'offer' the cancellation fee, for example in the case of force majeure: childbirth, death, accident... or simply because the customer is loyal!
