You've ordered a Wecasa at-home massage, or you'd like to do so, and you're asking yourself how it's going to go.

We'll tell you all about it below! ๐Ÿ‘‡

First of all, know that our key mission is making your life easier, not harder! Our services are accessible to everyone, whether you live in a city centre studio or a country mansion. The professional adapts to your living space, not the other way around!

Nevertheless, here are some suggestions for how to prepare for your massage and make sure everything goes smoothly!

๐Ÿ“ฑ First of all, regardless of the exact service you've booked, remember to keep your phone turned on and nearby, in case your professional may need to contact you before your appointment starts, particularly if you're having trouble finding your home!

Where should I sit? ๐Ÿ’‡๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’‡๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Before the professional arrives, choose where you'd like your haircut to take place. If you have a large bathroom, that'd be perfect, but your living room will do as well! No fixed rules, choose whatever works best for you. The only thing you'll need to provide is a chair for you to sit on!

We suggest that you choose somewhere facing a mirror, or in front of a table that your pro can stand a mirror on. Pick a comfortable chair and position it ahead of time, so that the appointment can begin as soon as your cleaner arrives.

If you've chosen a service that needs electrical equipment, please make sure there's a power socket accessible from the place you've chosen. Don't hesitate to set up an extension cord if necessary!

Do I need to wash my hair? ๐Ÿšฟ

  • If you've booked a haircut but not a hair wash, then you do. We suggest you wash your hair around 15 minutes before the start of the appointment, so that it's still wet when your professional arrives. If your hair dries quickly, your pro can remoisten it with a spray.

  • If you've booked a blow-dry, and you'd like to have really smooth hair, then wash your hair beforehand.

  • If you've booked a service like colouring or balayage, it's better not to wash your hair beforehand. However, the pro will shampoo your hair for you straight after the main service.

๐Ÿ’ก If you've ordered a hair wash, the pro will usually come with a portable shampoo basin. Depending on the layout of your bathroom, they might need to use your shower or bathtub. In any case, the pro will adapt to the layout of your living space.
