How do I modify a booking during the appointment?

Sometimes, you and the client might both agree to carry out a different service from what the client booked in advance. In this case, you'll need to change the booking. There are two ways to do this:

  1. The client changes the booking themselves in their client area. You'll receive a notification, asking you to accept their changes.

  2. You change the booking in your Wecasa Pro app, by finding the appointment and clicking the 'modify services' button.

If you run into a problem, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we can change the appointment for you.

Please note that modifications to booking must be:

  • Made before 12pm the day after the appointment. After this time, no changes will be possible.

  • Agreed with the client beforehand. If the client contests your modifications, we may have to cancel the entire appointment.
