Sometimes, you and the client might both agree to carry out a different service from what the client booked in advance. In this case, you'll need to change the booking. There are two ways to do this:
The client changes the booking themselves in their client area. You'll receive a notification, asking you to accept their changes.
You change the booking in your Wecasa Pro app, by finding the appointment and clicking the 'modify services' button.
If you run into a problem, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we can change the appointment for you.
Please note that modifications to booking must be:
Made before 12pm the day after the appointment. After this time, no changes will be possible.
Agreed with the client beforehand. If the client contests your modifications, we may have to cancel the entire appointment.
