For each appointment request, we identify the available professionals based on your account settings (services, availability), geographical distance and your response history.
The order in which proposals are sent depends on 2 factors:
The distance between you and the customer. This is calculated on the basis of the professional's home address or the location of their previous appointment.
The Wecasa score. The higher your score, the more proposals you will receive first. So a high score gives you access to the most attractive proposals.
💡 When sending a proposal, we wait a certain amount of time before consulting another professional. This time depends on the urgency of the order. The more urgent the order, the quicker we will contact the various professionals available.
