You can join the Wecasa Club when you book your at-home beauty, hairdressing or massage session.
You can sign up before confirming your session. Click on 'Try it for £9.90 per month'. In addition to the discount, you will automatically become a member of the Wecasa club.
Alternatively, you can sign up from your basket. Tick the Wecasa Club subscription at the bottom of your basket. You will get 25% off that booking and automatically become a member of the Wecasa club. The discount should appear in your basket.
Your membership will become active as soon as you confirm this booking, indicating that you want to enjoy the perks of the Wecasa Club. If your session cannot take place, you will, of course, not be charged. Once you've joined the Wecasa Club, you will receive a confirmation email saying, 'Welcome to Wecasa Club! 🪩'.

You can unsubscribe at any time from your customer account. Yes, our relationship is commitment-free 🧡
❗️Your membership must remain active until you have been billed for your session (i.e. 24 hours after your session has taken place) in order to benefit from Club advantages. If you cancel your Club membership before you have been billed for your session, your benefits will be automatically withdrawn, even if the session has taken place.
Example: If your session took place today, you will not be billed until the following day. If you cancel your Club membership today, you will lose your Club benefits and discounts when you are billed tomorrow.

📓 Please note: We do not refund an already charged month's subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription within the month, you can continue enjoying the club's benefits throughout that month. You won't face charges for the subsequent month.

If you don't have the app:
Click on 'My Club subscription'.
You will then see the page below. You can cancel by clicking on the 'Cancel plan' button. ❗Please make sure to complete the cancellation process.
Your Wecasa Club subscription will be cancelled at the end of the month. You will no longer be charged. If you change your mind, you can always return to this page and sign up again.

If you've had a change of heart and wish to cancel your membership before your first session, here are the following steps.
In the app:
Click on 'Account' at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on the first link in the list, '🧡 The Wecasa Club.'
Click on the link 'Cancel my subscription' above the frequently asked questions.
If you don't have the app:
Click on 'Cancel my Club subscription.'
Whether you are in the app or on the website, you will then see the following message:
❗If you cancel your Club Wecasa membership, you will lose all the discounts applied to your upcoming sessions and all your benefits. You will not be charged.

When will my first payment to the Wecasa Club be made?
The initial monthly payment will be debited the day after your session at the same time as the payment for the session. If the session doesn't occur, you won't be charged anything (neither for the session nor the membership).
When will the subsequent payments take place?
Following that, payments will be processed one month later consistently.
How does the Club Wecasa payment appear on my bank statement?
The Wecasa Club payment is separate from the payment of your session. It will be listed as 'Wecasa Club'.

The Wecasa Club is free with regular cleaning
When you book regular cleaning sessions, Wecasa Club is automatically included for free. You can enjoy all the benefits of the Club for free instead of £9.90/month.
Your subscription will be active as soon as you confirm your booking.
If your regular cleaning sessions end, your free subscription to Wecasa Club come to an end as well. You will lose the subscription advantages on your future bookings.
If you wish to take advantage of the Club again, you've got two options:
Re-subscribe by booking your next wellness session, and pay £9.90 per month.
Book your cleaning sessions with Wecasa again. Club membership is offered to all our regular cleaning service clients.
If you have already subscribed to Wecasa Club and were paying £9.90/month, when you book a regular cleaning your subscription becomes free.
However, if your regular cleaning sessions end, your subscription to Wecasa Club come to an end as well and you will have to re-subscribe when you make your next booking if you want to continue to enjoy the benefits.
