What is the Wecasa Club? 🤔

The Wecasa Club is Wecasa's new membership programme that takes care of you. In a nutshell, all your Wecasa services come with discounts, along with exclusive offers. This subscription is without obligation, you can cancel your membership anytime.

How to join the Wecasa Club?

You can join the Wecasa Club when you book your at-home beauty, hairdressing or massage session.

You can sign up before confirming your session. Click on 'Enjoy -25% on my booking'. In addition to the discount, you will automatically become a member of the Wecasa club.

Alternatively, you can sign up from your basket. Tick the Wecasa Club subscription at the bottom of your basket. You will get 25% off that booking and automatically become a member of the Wecasa club. The discount should appear in your basket.

Your membership will become active as soon as you confirm this booking, indicating that you want to enjoy the perks of the Wecasa Club. If your session cannot take place, you will, of course, not be charged. Once you've joined the Wecasa Club, you will receive a confirmation email saying, 'Welcome to Wecasa Club! 🪩'.

🏋️ Two online fitness sessions per month, to watch live or in replay, hosted by fantastic PTs. They will make you sweat.

🎓 One masterclass on a different theme each month, led by experts (mental health experts, coaches, creative workshops, cooking classes...) Our imagination knows no boundaries.

☀️ Priority access to Wecasa's customer service.

💌 A monthly newsletter full of good vibes and surprises to take time out for yourself. They will be really useful, pinky promise.

🎁 In addition, throughout the year, we will offer you exclusive content, offers with other brands and invitations to events...

How do I cancel my Wecasa Club subscription?

You can unsubscribe at any time from your customer account. Yes, our relationship is commitment-free 🧡

I've already been charged

📓 Please note: We do not refund an already charged month's subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription within the month, you can continue enjoying the club's benefits throughout that month. You won't face charges for the subsequent month.

In the app:

Click on 'My Account' at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on the first category in the list, '🧡 The Wecasa Club'.

If you don't have the app:

Go to your customer account.
Click on 'My Club subscription'.

You will then see the page below. You can cancel by clicking on the 'Cancel plan' button. ❗Please make sure to complete the cancellation process.

Your Wecasa Club subscription will be cancelled at the end of the month. You will no longer be charged. If you change your mind, you can always return to this page and sign up again.

I haven't paid for my Club Wecasa membership yet

If you've had a change of heart and wish to cancel your membership before your first session, here are the following steps.

In the app:

Click on 'Account' at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on the first link in the list, '🧡 The Wecasa Club.'
Click on the link 'Cancel my subscription' above the frequently asked questions.

If you don't have the app:

Go to your customer account.
Click on 'Cancel my Club subscription.'

Whether you are in the app or on the website, you will then see the following message:

❗If you cancel your Club Wecasa membership, you will lose all the discounts applied to your upcoming sessions and all your benefits. You will not be charged.

Everything you need to know about Wecasa Club payments

When will my first payment to the Wecasa Club be made?

The initial monthly payment will be debited the day after your session at the same time as the payment for the session. If the session doesn't occur, you won't be charged anything (neither for the session nor the membership).

When will the subsequent payments take place?

Following that, payments will be processed one month later consistently.

How does the Club Wecasa payment appear on my bank statement?

The Wecasa Club payment is separate from the payment of your session. It will be listed as 'Wecasa Club'.

The Wecasa Club is free with regular cleaning

When you book regular cleaning sessions, Wecasa Club is automatically included for free. You can enjoy all the benefits of the Club for free instead of £7.90/month.

Your subscription will be active as soon as you confirm your booking.

If your regular cleaning sessions end, your free subscription to Wecasa Club come to an end as well. You will lose the subscription advantages on your future bookings.

If you wish to take advantage of the Club again, you've got two options:

Re-subscribe by booking your next wellness session, and pay £7.90 per month.
Book your cleaning sessions with Wecasa again. Club membership is offered to all our regular cleaning service clients.

If you have already subscribed to Wecasa Club and were paying £7.90/month, when you book a regular cleaning your subscription becomes free.

However, if your regular cleaning sessions end, your subscription to Wecasa Club come to an end as well and you will have to re-subscribe when you make your next booking if you want to continue to enjoy the benefits.
