To secure the transaction, we carry out a bank pre-authorisation 24 hours before the start of your session. This is in no way a direct debit, which takes place the day after your appointment.
🚨 However, some banks show these pre-authorisations as debit transactions on their statements. In reality, this is simply an imprint which, if the service is cancelled, will disappear from your account without any direct debit being made. If this is your case, the debit line will be cancelled automatically within a few days.
💡 At Wecasa, no debit is made before the session.
