How do you set your prices?

The prices we quote our customers are based on market research to ensure that Wecasa prices are in line with the market average. Our aim is to offer prices that are in line with the market average, so that our offer is accessible but not "low cost".

What will I receive for the service?

The proposals you receive from us are always net of our service charges.

Prices will vary according to the services provided. Of the price of a service paid by the customer, 25% will correspond to the Wecasa commission and 75% will correspond to your gross remuneration.

This is our remuneration for all the services we provide:

  • We bring in business for you. We carry out all the marketing (advertising, social networks, etc.) and put you in touch with customers in your area.

  • We issue invoices on your behalf, so you can concentrate on your core business and save time.

  • We offer a customer service team available 6 days a week to answer questions from customers and partner professionals. Customer Service also acts as an intermediary in the event of a dispute over a service.

  • We protect you against last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Cancellation is free for customers up to 6 working hours before the event. After this time, we charge the customer a progressive cancellation fee to compensate you for the loss of profit.
