Are you going to be away and unable to welcome your cleaner for one or more weeks ? No problem ! You can now put your regular cleaning on hold for as long as you like.

1️⃣ Go to your "Appointments"
Select the regular cleaning session you want to put on hold.

2️⃣ Scroll down the "On hold" section.
​

3️⃣ Select and confirm the dates you will be off.

🚨 Please make sure the period you selected is correct, as you cannot change it afterwards.Return to your regular cleaning session to check its status.
