In order to secure the transaction, we ask you for a bank pre-authorisation on the day of the order. This is in no way an immediate debit, as the debit takes place the day after the appointment.
Some banks nevertheless show these pre-authorisations as debit transactions in their statements. In reality, it is simply a footprint which, if the service is cancelled, will disappear from your account without any debit being made.
If this is the case, the debit line will automatically be cancelled within a few days.
At Wecasa, no debit is made before the session.
